Member's lounge and Senate chambers. As the display is not open

Kellye's painting "Koi" was selected by California State Senator
Jack Scott to represent the 21st Senate District in the California
State Senate's fourth California Contemporary Art Collection at
the State Capitol.
The California State Senate's California Contemporary Art Collection
was initiated in 1997, which recognizes and celebrates contemporary
art created by a wide variety of artists throughout California.
Each senator is asked to select an artist who they feel best represents
their individual district.
